For Ordering, please fill up the ORDER FORM upon confirmation of your purchase(s).
You will receive an invoice form of your purchase(s) via furlosophy@gmail.com within 24 hours.
Please do check on your 'spam box' in your email, just in case the reply mail is sent to your 'spam box' instead of your 'inbox'.

Singapore
New postage rate ( by Registered mail ) for Singapore customer
1-2 items SGD $ 8
3-4 items SGD $ 12

Registered mail
Parcel will take approximately 7-14 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and Public holidays) from departure date to reach Singapore. All transit time are subject to customs clearance, transport conditions and volume of mail traffic.
Parcel will be delivered to your doorstep.
Postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at post office, upon unsuccessful delivery. Please kindly collect your parcel within the grace period. In the event parcels cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the sender (Malaysia) and buyers have to bear all the postage fees including the resend mail postage.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order(s) has been processed and posted. With the tracking number you are able to check the status of the parcel with the following link

Terms & Conditions
-All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
-Prices stated are non-negotiable
- Furlosophy will not be held responsible for losses or damages parcels during shipping by third parties.
- In the event parcels cannot be delivered to the buyers due to wrong address has been given or fail to collect the parcel within grace period, it will be returned to the sender and buyers have to bear all the postage fees including the resend mail postage.
-Furlosophy shall not be held responsible for lost of payment transactions .
-Furlosophy reserves the rights to cancel confirmed orders due to reasonable circumstanses.We will carry out refunds upon orders cancelled by us.
-We go by a first come first serve basis. Please note that payment must be made within 48 hours upon receiving an invoice from us, otherwise order will be released to the next interested buyer without further notice.
-We collect postage on a fixed format. No topups would be required when the actual postage is higher. No refunds would be made if the actual postage is lower.
-Please kindly note that different producing batches,there may be deviation of 1-2 cm on the measurement and the colors shown in the pictures may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves due to differences in monitor setting.
-By purchasing an item from us, you are deemed to have been agreeable to all the Terms & Conditions stated. Furlosophy reserves the right to amend pricing and Terms & Conditions at any given time.
